Besides being a true influencer and catalyst of the Global Women’s Club of Alicante, she is one of the most caring and talented coaches we’ve met. During the challenging times of Covid-19 impacting us all, the importance of facing change has become more important than ever – and that’s Nicole’s expertise area. Well, let’s let her tell some more about her self.

About Nicole
Home is where your heart is – for me, this is certainly Spain, even if I am born and raised in Germany.
In my corporate life I am working for a FTSE100 company and after our latest €1.9bn acquisition, I am leading the Integration and support the Change Management Processes in my second home country Spain.
I strongly believe in the fact, that you should lead the way you want to be treated.
As a strategic coach I am listening carefully for the needs of my team, peers and customers and always strive to make a difference in each individual exchange.
My + 30-year experience spans across various industry sectors and I have led many strategic and operational activities, but always focusing on the human factor during change and new challenges.
I love to support others; hence I am volunteering as a Mentor for refugees and young women to help them to get their way first, into the corporate world and then supporting them up the career ladder. Saying this, my passion for supporting others, brought me to Career Atelier and I feel very humble to support this amazing mission and help more individuals to reach their goals.
In my rare spare time, I love to go out on my road bike to explore the beautiful landscape in Spain or practice Yoga. Life is too short for compromises and therefore I always thrive for learning new techniques to get better in what I am doing.
Life is not always easy and we are all facing challenges, but you can choose how you want to see them.
